1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the “Deal or Die” mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Deal or Die is a corporate survival simulator game that allows users to navigate through investment banking scenarios and make choices that affect various game metrics including technical skills, energy, reputation, and mental health. The App is provided for entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use the App and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal devices for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

5. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use any automated system or software to extract data from the App

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game scenarios, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
